V is a great photographer when it comes to nature, and we put his skills to good use when we go hiking in this beautiful, diverse landscape of California.  However both of us are novices at food photography.  I am trying to build up my skills in this area and am really thankful to the many wonderful food bloggers who have written detailed articles specifically regarding food photography, like SimplyRecipes.com.
